At Community Hospital Anderson, we strive to provide excellent quality and compassionate care to all of our customers. If you have questions or concerns, a patient representative is available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to provide information, answers to any question or concerns during a patient's hospitalization. The patient representative is an excellent source for patients and or families after dismissal to notify us if our services can be utilized at a later date. The patient representative can also provide assistance to patients and families with information regarding Advance Medical Directives. Please feel free to contact the patient representative at 765-298-5169 at any time to offer suggestions or share your concerns about your hospital visit. Also a Nursing Administrative Representative is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week by contacting the hospital switchboard at 765-298-4242.
If you are unable to resolve the issue promptly, an investigation of your issue will be completed within 7-10 days. You will be notified by phone or letter if we are unable to complete the investigation, resolve the issue or if corrective action is still being investigated. If you are unable to resolve your concerns in this way, you may call the State Board of Health at 317-233-1325 or contact The Joint Commission at 1-800-944-6610 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Community Anderson offers Internet wireless (WiFi) service. This free service allows patients and family members with a notebook computer and appropriate wireless setup convenient access to the Internet.
