Community Hospital Anderson's outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation program helps people who have had heart attacks, heart valve repair and replacement, balloon angioplasty, stent placement and bypass surgery. With proper rehabilitation, most heart patients will have improved health and enjoy a longer and higher-quality of life.

Participation in the Community Hospital Anderson's Cardiac Rehabilitation program is only available through your doctor's referral. Upon receipt of a referral, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation by our Cardiac Rehabilitation team. Based on these results, we will collaborate with your physician to design a program personalized to meet your needs that will include a structured exercise program, along with education sessions and counseling!
Many health insurance plans provide coverage for this type of rehabilitation! We will verify your benefits but also encourage you to consult with your insurance company about your policy coverage.
